Event Information & Guidelines

■ Admission

  • 4F Merchandise Area: No reservation is required, and admission is free.
  • 5F/6F Exhibition Areas: A separate ticket is required for admission.
  • Tickets are under a designated date and time slot system.
  • Your ticket is valid for entry during the selected time slot.
    For example, if you purchase a ticket for 11:00–12:00, please enter between 11:00 and 12:00.
    After entering the venue, you may enjoy the experience at your own pace.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • Preschool children may enter free of charge.
  • Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 18 or older).
  • Up to three children of elementary school age or younger may enter per single guardian.
  • Disability discounts are available.
    This applies to the holder of a Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, Mirairo ID, etc., and up to one caregiver.
  • The venue includes dark areas and production equipment. Please keep a close eye on your children at all times.
  • Admission may be denied to individuals who are heavily intoxicated, or if the staff deems it difficult to ensure a safe experience.
  • Please refrain from waiting or lingering around the venue before the opening time.
  • If the venue becomes crowded, entry restrictions may be implemented.

■ Tickets

  • 4F Merchandise Area: No reservation is required, and admission is free.
  • 5F/6F Exhibition Areas: A ticket is required for admission.
  • 5F/6F Exhibition Areas operate under a designated date and time slot system.
  • For cancellations and date/time changes after purchase, please check with each respective ticket agency.
  • Tickets are sold on the official website until 12 hours before the desired admission time, and through other ticket agencies until 23:59 on the previous day.
  • Refunds will not be given except in the case of event cancellation due to the organizer's circumstances.
  • Cash sales will not be available at the venue ticket counter.
  • Resale or transfer of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Admission may be denied for tickets acquired through unauthorized resale or transfer.
  • Even if you arrive past your designated time slot, you may still enter within the operating hours of that day. However, you may be asked to wait depending on the crowd conditions. Please inform the reception staff that you are arriving late.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.

■ Wheelchairs and Strollers

  • Visitors are welcome to bring wheelchairs and strollers.
  • However, storage space is limited, so they may not be available for use depending on crowd conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
  • For certain contents, the experience may not be accessible due to seating constraints or production requirements.

■ Baggage

  • Cloakroom service is not available.
  • Coin lockers within the venue are limited in number.
  • Large baggage, such as suitcases/carrier bags, cannot be brought into the venue.
  • In addition, please refrain from bringing baggage that may obstruct walkways or interfere with other visitors' experiences.
  • Please manage your own baggage and valuables. The organizer takes no responsibility for any loss or theft.

■ Food and Drinks

  • Only beverages in containers with lids/caps are permitted inside the venue.
  • Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the exhibition areas.

■ Photography / Filming

  • Taking photos, recording videos, and posting them on social media inside the venue is permitted.
  • Please refrain from using flash photography or lighting equipment.
  • The use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc., is strictly prohibited.
  • Please show due consideration to avoid including other visitors in your photos or videos.
  • Depending on the nature of the photography, staff members may approach and speak to you.

■ Venue Productions

This event features content that includes the following productions:

  • Dark areas
  • Video productions
  • Audio productions
  • Scent productions
  • Vibration productions

Depending on your constitution or physical condition, you may experience discomfort or feel unwell. If you begin to feel unwell, please stop the experience immediately and inform a nearby staff member.

■ Vibration Content

Inside the venue, there is content that utilizes wearable vibration devices and vibration speakers. The following individuals must refrain from participating in this experience:

  • Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • Those using cardiac pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), cochlear implants, or other implantable medical devices.
  • Those with a history of epilepsy, seizures, etc.
  • Those with serious heart conditions.
  • Those with medical conditions or pain in the neck, shoulders, back, or spine.
  • Those under the influence of alcohol.
  • Those who are not feeling well.
  • Anyone else whom the staff determines may have difficulty experiencing it safely.

If you experience any of the following symptoms during the experience, please stop immediately:

  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Headache
  • Palpitations
  • Numbness
  • Any other physical discomfort

■ Pets

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

■ Service Dogs

  • Visitors planning to attend with a service dog (guide dog, assistance dog, or hearing dog) are requested to contact us in advance.

■ Filming by the Organizer

  • Photography and video recording may be conducted inside the venue by the organizer and news media.
  • The recorded materials may be used for public relations, advertising, archival purposes, etc.

■ General Rules / Others

  • Please follow the instructions of the staff inside the venue.
  • The estimated experience time varies by guest, but is approximately 1 to 3 hours.
  • Nuisance acts toward other visitors are strictly prohibited.
  • Touching or damaging exhibits and equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • If dangerous behavior is observed, you may be asked to leave the venue.
